The emotional landscapes of our past.
Our work returns to places and feelings that continue to shape us. Childhood memories. Family histories.
Distant homelands. The feeling of somewhere years later, reconstructed, not recalled.
For Spring Summer 2027, those memories move between France and Tunisia. A childhood schoolyard.
Family holidays by the sea. The heavy transition between summer’s end and everyday life.
Back home, but not completely.
The collection exists within that space. A state of being half-there. What we came to describe as a ‘living ghost’. The feeling of belonging to one place whilst part of yourself remains somewhere else.
Summer Blues is not a picturesque coastline. It is a working place.
Fishermen. Nets drying in the sun. Plastic crates stacked outside stores. Markets at midday.
Melons carried home in thin bags. The horizon. The quiet rhythm of the sea. People moving without urgency.
A slower pace of life shaped by weather, routine, and repetition.
Fragments of these memories appear throughout the garments.
Silhouettes borrow from maritime clothing, workwear, sportswear, and everyday dress.
Functional forms become personal through wear and familiarity. Layers accumulated, carried, repaired, and returned over time.
